Pear squonk mod Nicotine Salt in Bristol: the guide shortlist
Pear in Bristol: 24 units tested over 4 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
How to tell a good squonk mod from a repack
A pear squonk mod from the starter options in Bristol costs about £1.66 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you are looking at pear in Bristol, the first question is not strength. It is whether the squonk mod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: pear in Bristol works if the squonk mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a pear squonk mod really costs in Bristol
We run pear the same way in Bristol: same squonk mod, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested pear in a squonk mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a pear bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every pear bottle shipped into Bristol.
Where pear goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a squonk mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a squonk mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why pear tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
Packaging for pear in Bristol must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
