Iced zero-nicotine bottle Nicotine Salt in Bristol: the review shortlist — Bristolnicsalt
Iced in Bristol: 6 units tested over 7 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Choosing a zero-nicotine bottle for iced
Iced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £1.96 per 10 ml.
Iced in Bristol reaches the shelf in zero-nicotine bottle formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the zero-nicotine bottle you buy decides how long iced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a iced zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Bristol
Iced in Bristol reaches the shelf in zero-nicotine bottle formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested iced in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the zero-nicotine bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Coil type inside the zero-nicotine bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every iced bottle shipped into Bristol.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a zero-nicotine bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
Where iced goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why iced tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a zero-nicotine bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
Why does iced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the zero-nicotine bottle units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the iced blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should iced start at?
Start at whatever the UK allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a zero-nicotine bottle.
Is iced legal to sell in the UK?
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
