What a fig cartomizer really costs in Bristol

How we tested fig in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a fig bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every fig bottle shipped into Bristol.
Where fig goes wrong
- Treating the advertised £34 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £2.62 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long fig in Bristol survives.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On fig the budget price and the premium price can sit within £2.62 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bristol: about £2.62 per 10 ml liquid plus £34 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does fig taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the fig blend itself harsh.
