Vanilla in Bristol: 19 units tested over 8 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Ordering Nicotine Salt to Bristol: the practical version
The honest read on vanilla: 19 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Vanilla prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £2.66 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long vanilla tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a vanilla pen device really costs in Bristol
Vanilla sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested vanilla in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every vanilla bottle shipped into Bristol.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bristol accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
