Where buyers go wrong with tobacco in Bristol
Tobacco in a nicotine salt bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bristol the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
We run tobacco the same way in Bristol: same nicotine salt bottle, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: tobacco in Bristol works if the nicotine salt bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tobacco nicotine salt bottle really costs in Bristol
If you are looking at tobacco in Bristol, the first question is not strength. It is whether the nicotine salt bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested tobacco in a nicotine salt bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Pick the nicotine salt bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the nicotine salt bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest nicotine salt bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised £50 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £2.37 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long tobacco in Bristol survives.
