Spiced pen device Nicotine Salt in Bristol: the budget shortlist
Spiced in Bristol: 18 units tested over 9 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Coil life, liquid cost and the spiced habit
A spiced pen device from the budget options in Bristol costs about £2.74 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Spiced in Bristol reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long spiced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a spiced pen device really costs in Bristol
Spiced in Bristol reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested spiced in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a spiced bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every spiced bottle shipped into Bristol.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Treating the advertised £68 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £2.74 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why spiced tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order Nicotine Salt online in Bristol?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 2–4 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does spiced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the spiced blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should spiced start at?
Start at whatever the UK allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
