Sourcherry pod kit Nicotine Salt in Bristol: the review shortlist — Bristolnicsalt
Sourcherry in Bristol: 24 units tested over 7 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Choosing a pod kit for sourcherry
Sourcherry prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £3.05 per 10 ml.
The honest read on sourcherry: 24 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: sourcherry in Bristol works if the pod kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sourcherry pod kit really costs in Bristol
There is no single best way to buy Nicotine Salt in Bristol. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested sourcherry in a pod kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pod kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sourcherry bottle shipped into Bristol.
Where sourcherry goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sourcherry tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing sourcherry with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a pod kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to the UK need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Sourcherry | Decides coil choice more than strength does |
| Format | pod kit | Sets how much liquid you are actually buying |
| Stock checked | 24 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in the UK |
| Coil life | ~6 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Bristol | 2–4 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | £50 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | £3.05 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Why does sourcherry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pod kit units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the sourcherry blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should sourcherry start at?
Start at whatever the UK allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pod kit.
How much does a pod kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bristol: about £3.05 per 10 ml liquid plus £50 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
