Pear pod kit Nicotine Salt in Bristol: the online shortlist
Pear in Bristol: 10 units tested over 4 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
How to tell a good pod kit from a repack
A pear pod kit from the online options in Bristol costs about £3.16 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Pear sounds like one product. It is not: a pod kit running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: pear in Bristol works if the pod kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a pear pod kit really costs in Bristol
Pear pod kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 10 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested pear in a pod kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pod kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a pear bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every pear bottle shipped into Bristol.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where pear goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long pear in Bristol survives.
- Mixing pear with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised £51 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £3.16 per 10 ml.
