Mint in Bristol: 14 units tested over 6 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
How we tested Mint squonk mod here
Mint prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £1.83 per 10 ml.
A mint squonk mod from the starter options in Bristol costs about £1.83 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the squonk mod you buy decides how long mint tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a mint squonk mod really costs in Bristol
Mint prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £1.83 per 10 ml.
How we tested mint in a squonk mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a mint bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for squonk mod in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where mint goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a squonk mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
- Mixing mint with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why mint tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to the UK need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Bristol?
Yes, tracked to 2–4 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does mint taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the squonk mod units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the mint blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On mint the budget price and the premium price can sit within £1.83 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
