Licorice cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 9 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long licorice tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a licorice cartomizer really costs in Bristol
Licorice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £2.76 per 10 ml.
How we tested licorice in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a licorice bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every licorice bottle shipped into Bristol.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bristol accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised £45 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £2.76 per 10 ml.

Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the licorice blend itself harsh.

On the last run in Bristol: about £2.76 per 10 ml liquid plus £45 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
