Lemon in Bristol: 16 units tested over 5 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
How to tell a good squonk mod from a repack
We run lemon the same way in Bristol: same squonk mod, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Lemon in Bristol reaches the shelf in squonk mod formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: lemon in Bristol works if the squonk mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a lemon squonk mod really costs in Bristol
If you are looking at lemon in Bristol, the first question is not strength. It is whether the squonk mod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested lemon in a squonk mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a lemon bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every lemon bottle shipped into Bristol.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why lemon tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bristol accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest squonk mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
