Iced squonk mod Nicotine Salt in Bristol: the deals shortlist
Iced in Bristol: 16 units tested over 6 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Delivery, returns and what 2–4 business days really means
We run iced the same way in Bristol: same squonk mod, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Iced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £3.25 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the squonk mod you buy decides how long iced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a iced squonk mod really costs in Bristol
A iced squonk mod from the discounted options in Bristol costs about £3.25 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested iced in a squonk mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every iced bottle shipped into Bristol.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a iced bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where iced goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest squonk mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why iced tastes flat after two days.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle. Shipping of nicotine to Bristol runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a squonk mod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bristol: about £3.25 per 10 ml liquid plus £63 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On iced the budget price and the premium price can sit within £3.25 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
Why does iced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the squonk mod units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the iced blend itself harsh.
