Frozen starter kit Nicotine Salt in Bristol: the deals shortlist
Frozen in Bristol: 19 units tested over 2 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
What the label on Frozen is allowed to say
If you are looking at frozen in Bristol, the first question is not strength. It is whether the starter kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Frozen sounds like one product. It is not: a starter kit running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 19 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a frozen starter kit really costs in Bristol
A frozen starter kit from the discounted options in Bristol costs about £1.71 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested frozen in a starter kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into Bristol.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised £34 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £1.71 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long frozen in Bristol survives.
The rules that apply here

UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle. Shipping of nicotine to Bristol runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
