Frozen squonk mod Nicotine Salt in Bristol: the budget shortlist
Frozen in Bristol: 21 units tested over 4 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
How we tested Frozen squonk mod here
Frozen in a squonk mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bristol the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Frozen squonk mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 21 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the squonk mod you buy decides how long frozen tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a frozen squonk mod really costs in Bristol
A frozen squonk mod from the budget options in Bristol costs about £2.24 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested frozen in a squonk mod
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into Bristol.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Mixing frozen with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised £28 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £2.24 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why frozen tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle. Shipping of nicotine to Bristol runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
