Frozen cartomizer Nicotine Salt in Bristol: the deals shortlist
Frozen in Bristol: 18 units tested over 6 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
What frozen costs in Bristol
The honest read on frozen: 18 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Frozen cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 18 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long frozen tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a frozen cartomizer really costs in Bristol
Frozen sounds like one product. It is not: a cartomizer running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested frozen in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into Bristol.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bristol accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to the UK need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle. Shipping of nicotine to Bristol runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bristol: about £1.68 per 10 ml liquid plus £61 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.

Not automatically. On frozen the budget price and the premium price can sit within £1.68 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should frozen start at?
Start at whatever the UK allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
