Ordering Nicotine Salt to Bristol: the practical version
The honest read on fig: 21 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Fig prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £2.01 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the squonk mod you buy decides how long fig tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a fig squonk mod really costs in Bristol
A fig squonk mod from the pre-order options in Bristol costs about £2.01 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested fig in a squonk mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a fig bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every fig bottle shipped into Bristol.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
Where fig goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why fig tastes flat after two days.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing fig with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On fig the budget price and the premium price can sit within £2.01 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
Is fig legal to sell in the UK?
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
How long does fig in a squonk mod last?
In Bristol we measured 7 to 21 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
