Fig squonk mod Nicotine Salt in Bristol: the compare shortlist
Fig in Bristol: 22 units tested over 3 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Coil life, liquid cost and the fig habit
If you are looking at fig in Bristol, the first question is not strength. It is whether the squonk mod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Fig in a squonk mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bristol the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: fig in Bristol works if the squonk mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a fig squonk mod really costs in Bristol
Fig sounds like one product. It is not: a squonk mod running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested fig in a squonk mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a fig bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every fig bottle shipped into Bristol.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
Where fig goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a squonk mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised £43 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £3.46 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle. Shipping of nicotine to Bristol runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for fig in Bristol must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Bristol?
Yes, tracked to 2–4 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On fig the budget price and the premium price can sit within £3.46 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
Why does fig taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the squonk mod units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the fig blend itself harsh.
