Cola box mod Nicotine Salt in Bristol: the price shortlist
Cola in Bristol: 12 units tested over 7 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
What the label on Cola is allowed to say
We run cola the same way in Bristol: same box mod, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Ordering into Bristol usually means waiting 2–4 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
If you only read one line: the box mod you buy decides how long cola tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cola box mod really costs in Bristol
Cola in a box mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bristol the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested cola in a box mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a cola bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a box mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for box mod in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
Where cola goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a box mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
- Buying the cheapest box mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long cola in Bristol survives.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for cola in Bristol must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a box mod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bristol: about £2.21 per 10 ml liquid plus £42 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does cola taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the cola blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On cola the budget price and the premium price can sit within £2.21 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
