Coffee starter kit Nicotine Salt in Bristol: the deals shortlist
Coffee in Bristol: 9 units tested over 5 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Coil life, liquid cost and the coffee habit
Coffee in Bristol reaches the shelf in starter kit formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Coffee prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £2.2 per 10 ml.
The short version: coffee in Bristol works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a coffee starter kit really costs in Bristol
Coffee in a starter kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bristol the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested coffee in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where coffee goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long coffee in Bristol survives.
- Treating the advertised £43 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £2.2 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
