Coffee RDA Nicotine Salt in Bristol: the deals shortlist
Coffee in Bristol: 19 units tested over 3 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Coil life, liquid cost and the coffee habit
Coffee prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £2.63 per 10 ml.
Coffee in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bristol the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: coffee in Bristol works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a coffee RDA really costs in Bristol
Ordering into Bristol usually means waiting 2–4 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested coffee in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
Where coffee goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised £60 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £2.63 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
Wholesale lines to the UK need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does coffee taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the coffee blend itself harsh.
How long does coffee in a RDA last?
In Bristol we measured 3 to 19 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is coffee legal to sell in the UK?
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
