Blackcurrant in Bristol: 6 units tested over 2 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Where buyers go wrong with blackcurrant in Bristol
A blackcurrant cartomizer from the starter options in Bristol costs about £1.78 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Ordering into Bristol usually means waiting 2–4 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: blackcurrant in Bristol works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a blackcurrant cartomizer really costs in Bristol
Blackcurrant in Bristol reaches the shelf in cartomizer formats, and the starter ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested blackcurrant in a cartomizer
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a blackcurrant bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every blackcurrant bottle shipped into Bristol.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where blackcurrant goes wrong
- Mixing blackcurrant with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to the UK need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
