If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long berry tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a berry pen device really costs in Bristol
The honest read on berry: 7 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested berry in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every berry bottle shipped into Bristol.
- Batch code and production date, so a berry bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
Where berry goes wrong
- Mixing berry with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bristol: about £3.6 per 10 ml liquid plus £67 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should berry start at?
Start at whatever the UK allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
How long does berry in a pen device last?
In Bristol we measured 9 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
